Return Policy

At Go Industries Inc., we take pride in our “Made in the USA” products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return requirements below. Please note: We do not issue cash or credit card refunds; all approved returns are issued as merchandise credit only.
1. RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA)
- Requirement: No returns will be accepted without an RGA Number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- Process: To obtain an RGA, call Customer Service at (800) 527-4345 or email cs@goindustries.com. Items received without an RGA # will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
- Expiration: RGA numbers are void 30 days after the date of issuance.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND FEES
- Restocking Fee: All new product returns (not caused by a Go Industries error) are subject to a 25% handling/restocking fee.
- Condition: Products must be in the original box and in “saleable” (new) condition.
- Re-coating/Re-boxing Fees: * If a product requires re-boxing due to poor packaging, additional fees apply.
- Powder-coated items that are scratched and require re-coating incur a $40.00 fee.
- Ultimate Armor (UA) coated products requiring re-coating incur a fee between $60.00 and $150.00.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- All Special-Order items.
- Custom-manufactured parts or custom-powder-coated items.
- Bracket kits and replacement brackets.
- Replacement parts.
- Items older than three years from the date of purchase.
- Discontinued or updated parts.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
- Responsibility: The consumer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
- Prepaid Freight: All returns must be shipped Freight Prepaid. Go Industries will not accept “Collect” shipments.
- Packaging: Products must be properly boxed to prevent damage during transit. If a return arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the claim will be denied.
5. FREIGHT DAMAGE VS. RETURNS
- Important: Dents, scratches, and bends caused by the shipping carrier are Freight Damage, not manufacturing defects.
- You must report freight damage within 72 hours of receipt. Do not request an RGA for freight damage; these must be handled through a freight claim (see our Shipping Policy for details).
6. ONLINE PURCHASES & DISTRIBUTORS
- If you purchased a Go Industries product through an online reseller (Amazon, etc.) or a local distributor, you must initiate your return through that specific company.
