Custom Manufacturing (MFG) Disclaimer
Last Updated: March 9, 2026
By submitting a request for custom manufacturing, providing specifications, or approving a quote from Go Industries Inc., the Customer (“you”) agrees to the following terms regarding custom-engineered parts and services.
1. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED SPECIFICATIONS
Go Industries manufactures parts based strictly on the drawings, blueprints, CAD files, or physical samples provided by the Customer.
- Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, fitment, and suitability of the designs submitted.
- No Design Liability: Go Industries does not provide engineering validation for customer-supplied designs. We are not liable for parts that do not fit, function, or perform as intended if they were manufactured according to your provided specifications.
2. PROTOTYPES AND APPROVALS
For custom runs, Go Industries may require a signed “First Article Approval” or prototype sign-off.
- Once a prototype or drawing is approved by the Customer, any subsequent production matching that approval is deemed “accepted.”
- Any changes requested after production begins will incur additional material and labor costs.
3. TOLERANCES AND VARIANCES
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all custom manufacturing will be held to standard industry commercial tolerances. Minor variations in finish, texture (especially with powder coating or Ultimate Armor), and dimensions that fall within these tolerances are not grounds for rejection or refund.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & INDEMNITY
- Ownership: You represent that you own or have the legal right to use any designs or trademarks provided to Go Industries for manufacturing.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Go Industries Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from allegations of patent, trademark, or copyright infringement related to your custom design.
5. NON-RETURNABLE NATURE OF CUSTOM GOODS
All custom-manufactured parts, specialty bracketry, and custom-coated items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. * Once raw materials are cut or altered for a custom order, the order cannot be canceled without the Customer being liable for the cost of materials and labor performed to date.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Go Industries Inc. shall not be liable for any “down-time,” loss of profit, or labor costs associated with the installation or failure of a custom-manufactured part. Our maximum liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the part if—and only if—it was not manufactured to the agreed-upon specifications.
