❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- My shipment arrived with a dent/scratch. What should I do?
It is critical that you inspect the product before the driver leaves. If you see damage, note the specific issues on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. If the damage is severe, you may refuse the shipment. Please report all freight damage to us at cs@goindustries.com within 72 hours. If you sign for the shipment without noting damage, the freight carrier will likely deny the claim. - Can I get a cash or credit card refund for my return?
No. Per our company policy, all approved returns are issued as merchandise credit only. This credit can be used toward any future purchase of Go Industries products. - Why is there a 25% restocking fee on my return?
Most of our products are large, heavy, and require specialized handling and inspection upon return. The 25% restocking fee covers the cost of inspecting the item for safety, repackaging it into shippable condition, and returning it to our inventory. This fee applies to all returns that are not the result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error by Go Industries. - I lost my installation manual. Where can I find a new one?
We keep a digital library of instructions for most of our products. You can download a PDF version by visiting our [Instructions Page] and searching by your part number or vehicle make/model. If you can’t find yours, email cs@goindustries.com with your part number, and we will send it over. - Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Residential addresses?
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our products. We do ship to residential addresses; however, because most of our items require LTL Freight, residential deliveries may incur an additional fee and may require you to be present to assist with unloading or to sign for the delivery. - Can I return a custom-manufactured part or a bracket kit?
No. All custom-manufactured parts, specialty brackets, and replacement parts are Final Sale. Because these items are made to specific requirements or are high-wear components, they are not eligible for return or merchandise credit. - How do I maintain the finish on my Chrome or Ultimate Armor products?
Proper care is essential to keep your warranty valid. For Chrome, clean weekly with water and a soft cloth, and apply a non-abrasive carnauba wax at least twice every 30 days. For Ultimate Armor, regular washing with mild soap is recommended. Never use abrasive polishes or harsh chemicals, as these will void the finish warranty.
