Thank you for choosing Go Industries Inc. We take pride in manufacturing high-quality accessories in the USA and ensuring they reach you safely. Please review our shipping procedures and requirements below.

1. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

  • Small Parcel: Smaller items (brackets, light kits, etc.) are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx.
  • LTL Freight: Larger items such as Grille Guards, Bumper Replacements, and Headache Racks are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight on pallets.
  • F.O.B. Origin: All products are shipped F.O.B. from our facilities in Richardson or Clifton, Texas. This means the risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier picks up the shipment.

2. CRITICAL: FREIGHT INSPECTION PROCEDURE

You must inspect all freight shipments BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.

  • Visible Damage: If the box or pallet shows signs of damage (dents, punctures, or crushed corners), you must note the specific damage on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
  • Refusing Shipment: If the product is severely damaged, you have the right to refuse the shipment. Please notify Go Industries immediately if you refuse a delivery.
  • Hidden Damage: If you discover damage after the driver has left, you must report it to Go Industries within 72 hours. Claims made after this window or without notes on the BOL are frequently denied by carriers.

3. SHIPPING TIMELINES

  • In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 2–3 business days.
  • Custom/Built-to-Order: Products requiring custom manufacturing or specialized coatings (like Ultimate Armor) may have longer lead times. Please refer to your quote or order confirmation for estimated timelines.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number or PRO number (for freight) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4. SHIPPING COSTS & RE-DELIVERY

  • Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Residential Delivery: LTL freight deliveries to residential addresses may incur a “Residential Delivery Fee” and may require a liftgate service.
  • Re-Delivery: If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is present to sign, or if the address provided is incorrect, the customer is responsible for any re-delivery or storage fees charged by the carrier.

5. INTERNATIONAL & P.O. BOXES

  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

International: For shipments outside the United States, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
