Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Go Industries Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.goindustries.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of our products. By using this Site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

  • Merchandise Credit: Please note that Go Industries does not issue cash refunds. All approved credits are issued as merchandise credit only.
  • Large Returns: Credits for returns exceeding $6,000.00 will be issued over a 30/60-day period.

2. SHIPPING, DAMAGE, AND SHORTAGES

  • 72-Hour Reporting: Any shortages or damages must be reported to Go Industries within 72 hours of receipt.
  • Freight Claims: Damage such as dents, scratches, or bends must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery.
  • Claim Deadlines: Claims for UPS, FedEx, or other freight lines must be filed within 15 days of the shipment date. Go Industries can only file claims for freight lines if the damage was noted on the bill of lading at delivery.

3. RETURN POLICY

  • Return Goods Authorization (RGA): No returns will be accepted without an RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Items received without an RGA # will be refused.
  • RGA Expiration: RGA numbers are void 30 days after issuance.
  • Fees:
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% handling fee applies to all new product returns not caused by Go Industries’ error.
  • Re-coating/Re-boxing: Products must be in the original box and “saleable” condition. Powder-coated items requiring re-coating will incur a $40.00 fee. Ultimate Armor (UA) coated products requiring re-coating will incur a fee between $60.00 and $150.00.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Special-order items, bracket kits, replacement brackets, and custom-manufactured parts are non-returnable.
  • Shipping Costs: All returns must be shipped freight prepaid at the consumer’s expense.

4. WARRANTY POLICY

Go Industries warrants products to the original consumer against defects in materials, workmanship, and finish for the following periods:

  • Three-Year Warranty (Materials, Workmanship & Finish): Includes Chrome/Black Big Tex Grille Guards, Winch Systems, Stainless Headache Racks, and Billet Grilles. (Excludes exposed welds).
  • Three-Year Warranty (Materials & Workmanship) / One-Year Finish: Includes Rancher Grille Guards, Diamond Tread Steps, Jeep Bumpers, and Pro-Series Bumpers. Note: Minor chips/scratches on Rancher guards from transport are handled via touch-up paint and are not warranty issues.
  • Three-Year Warranty (Ultimate Armor): Covers materials and workmanship; excludes fading.
  • Twelve-Month Warranty: All Law Enforcement products.
  • Six-Month Finish Warranty: Flat Iron Racks, Painted Tailgates.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions:

  • Chrome Care: Chrome products must be cleaned weekly and waxed with non-abrasive pure carnauba wax at least twice every 30 days. Use of abrasive polishes or soaps voids the warranty.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover exposed welds, road hazards (gravel, debris), labor for removal/installation, freight, or damage from neglect/misuse.
  • Process: The consumer must return the product with the original proof of purchase (reprints are not accepted) to the place of purchase or Go Industries for inspection.

5. DISTRIBUTOR STOCK ADJUSTMENTS

Distributors are allowed one stock adjustment per calendar year, not to exceed 2% of the previous year’s net purchases. This requires an offset order of twice the value and is subject to a 15% handling fee. Merchandise older than three years or discontinued parts cannot be returned for stock adjustment.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Go Industries Inc. is not responsible for any labor charges, loss of use, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of our products. Our liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
